Tome Filip has over 14 years of experience in fitness and nutrition and more than 11 years of wrestling around the world. Passionate about health and performance his entire life, he knows exactly what it takes to build muscle, drop body fat and stay in peak condition year-round.

Holding a Certificate IV in Fitness and Community Recreation, Tome combines formal knowledge with real-world experience. Having lived the lifestyle himself, he’s all about practical and flexible coaching that works in everyday life. Whether it’s breaking through barriers or finding a way to stay on track when cravings hit, he’ll help you achieve results that last.
